The European Champion Clubs Cup – Cross Country will take place on 6 February 2022 in Oeiras, Portugal. The event will be held at the Centro Desportivo Nacional do Jamor (CDNJ) – Pista de Cross do Jamor, which is a sport national center in Portugal.
Oeiras is located between the municipalities of Lisbon, Amadora, Sintra and Cascais, confining the Tagus estuary to the south where it meets the Atlantic Ocean. Oeiras enjoys temperate coastal climate, ideal for outdoor activities and walking. To the south, the coast extends along 9 km, with the beaches of Torre, Santo Amaro de Oeiras and Paço de Arcos being reference points. The historical heritage is also remarkable in Oeiras.
Nowadays, Oeiras is a modern, attractive and dynamic municipality, at the forefront, or co-leading, the country`s main development indicators in the areas of employment, education, research, heritage and foreign investment.
There are several ways of getting to Oeiras. By car, the A5 Motorway or Estrada Marginal along the costal are good arrival options. The network of road public transports is wide ranging, with connections to all the surrounding areas and only 15 minutes away from Lisbon`s International Airport. There is also the train that connects Lisbon to Cascais passing in Oeiras.

The shops in Oeiras open between 9:00 and 19:00. Some close for lunch from 13:00 to 15:00. Large shopping centres and department stores do not close at lunchtime. Some shops and all the shopping centres and department stores open on Saturday afternoon, whilst all street shops are closed on Sundays, except for certain special periods throughout the year when the shops have permission to open. Most of the banks open at 8:00 and close at 15:00. However, there is an extensive network of cash dispensers.
