Victory Ceremonies

Identification of the winners

 Individual

A winner accreditation will be given by a volunteer to the three first athletes of each race in the finish area.

Clubs

A winner accreditation will be given by a volunteer to one athlete of each three winner clubs in the finish area. 

Winner accreditation

The following information will appear on the winner’s accreditation:

· Access to preparation tent

· A map with the position of the preparation tent

· The hour when the winners should stay in the preparation tend (15 minutes before the victory ceremony) 

· Mixed relay winners will be taken directly to the preparation tent 

Preparation tent

A preparation tent will be placed between the athlete’s area and the VIPs tent to host the winners before the victory ceremony they must be there 15 minutes before the victory ceremony time

Protocol meeting

5 minutes before each victory ceremony, the protocol director will call the athletes, authorities, and volunteers involved to make a short protocol meeting, where protocol rules will be exposed.

Victory ceremony

Winners parade

The VIP tent is 20 meters far from the podium, so a short “ winners parade” will be done to arrive at the podium, and cross the finish lane. The order in this parade will be:

When the last athlete of each race crosses the finish line, EPT plays the victory ceremony music and winners will come out of VIP Tend.

Podium

Athletes will be placed behind the podium and the protocol director, authorities, and volunteer, will be placed on the right side of the podium (next to third place)
