There will be two accreditation centre in the Hotel 4 Playa and Eurohotel Castelló where all the accreditation will be managed.
The teams’ Accreditation Centre will be located at Teams Hotels (Hotel 4 Playa and Eurohotel Castelló). This is where Team Leaders shall report as soon as possible after their arrival, in order to carry out the administrative procedures.
A secondary accreditation desk will be open on Sunday 5th February in the venue, only for the accreditation of local media and VIPs, people who only come to Oropesa for the competition.
01. Accreditation cards will be prepared in advance, based on the information provided by the clubs through the online entry system. No changes will be accepted after the final entry deadline.
02. Team Leaders will be asked to complete the following formalities before they can collect the accreditation cards for the whole team:

· Meeting room appointment
· Physiotherapy room appointment
· Team vest check
· Collection of competition-related forms and information
· Delivery Team Kit (Accreditation cards, Meal tickets, Team Activity schedule)
· Delivery of individual Kit
· Confirmation of departure details.
03. Team Leaders are requested to take the athletes’ passports to the Accreditation Centre.
04. Team Leaders will settle the payment of accommodation for team members outside the European Athletics quota and confirm the athletes participating in the European Champion Clubs Cup Cross Country.
05. After the payment and confirmation, the Team Leader can collect the accreditation cards for the whole team.
Each team member will receive an accreditation card, which must be worn at all times and should be clearly visible. The accreditation is not transferable and does not allow the holder to take another person beyond checkpoints.
Photos are not required for the accreditation card system.
Any lost or damaged accreditation cards should be reported to the Main Accreditation Centre or TIC. Duplicate cards can be obtained where proof of identity can be established at a charge of 50€.
Unauthorised use of an Accreditation card will result in the card being confiscated.

Delivery individual Kit
Confirmation of departure details.

Loss of an accreditation card
Any lost or damaged accreditation cards should be reported to the LOC, at the Accreditation Centre/TIC. Duplicate cards can be obtained where proof of identity can be established.

All team accreditation cards allow access to the warm-up area, changing facilities and physiotherapy area. Only athletes who are about to compete have access to the Call Room and to the race Course.
Doping Control Passes will be managed by the Doping Control Delegate according to the number of tests: one pass will be given to the athlete upon notification and an additional pass for an accompanying person. Passes will be collected once they enter the Doping Control Centre.
