Host City

Oropesa del Mar is located in the Valencian Community. It belongs to the province of Castelló, to the Comarca de la Plana Alta, and is located 22 km from Castelló and 95 km from Valencia. On the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, it has numerous beaches and small natural coves. Along the paths near the Sierra de Orpesa, the panorama of orange and almond groves stands out in the foreground, framed by the sea. In the Sierra there are natural places that contrast with the seascape. From places like El Mirador, on Monte del Bovalar, on clear days you can enjoy the silhouette of the Columbretes Islands Natural Park, some 51 kilometers from the town.
