Accreditation
General Information
Each person involved in the European Athletics Indoor Championships will receive an accreditation card that must be worn and be clearly visible at all times.
The accreditation is personal and non-transferable and any unauthorised or improper use of an accreditation card may result in its withdrawal and the rights of its holder being revoked.
The accreditation card is the property of European Athletics and may be withdrawn at any time.
Accreditation Collection
The Media Accreditation Centre (MAC) is located in Arena Toruń, right next to the Media Centre.
The Media Accreditation Centre opening times are the following:

- In order to collect your accreditation, you will have to present your passport or ID card (the same as used for your accreditation request in the Event Management System).
- Please note that accreditations can only be collected by their holder.
Lost Accreditation Card
A lost accreditation is a potential security risk and will be managed very carefully by EA/LOC Security. Any lost or damaged accreditation cards should be reported immediately to the Main Accreditation Centre.
Access Areas
The accreditation for press representatives will give them access to the Media Centre, Press Tribune and Press Mixed Zone. The accreditation for photographers will give them access to the Photo Work Room and Photo Positions, but no access to the Media Centre nor the Mixed Zone.
Furthermore, all media accreditations give access to the Media Shuttle Buses that are running between Arena Torun and the official media hotels.
A description of all the accreditation zones can be found on the back of the accreditation card. Security personnel will control all areas.
The accreditation card is not transferable and does not allow its holder to take third parties beyond checkpoints.

Quoted prices are per room, per night and include breakfast.

All official media hotels are conveniently located in proximity of Torun city centre.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment
- After your booking, an email will be sent with your accommodation invoice and details on how to proceed with your payment.
- You are kindly requested to proceed with payment no later than five (5) working days after receipt of this e-mail in order to guarantee your hotel booking.
- The confirmation of your accommodation booking will be guaranteed only after receipt of the full payment of your accommodation cost.
- Failure to adhere to these payment terms will result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
- For any cancellation made until 5 February 2021, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- For any cancellation made as from 6 February 2021, 100% of your total accommodation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee, unless the room is resold.
Transportation
There is a media shuttle service for all accredited media between the official media hotels and Arena Toruń. Please make sure to have your accreditation visible when boarding the shuttle and to be at the pick-up location no later than 5 minutes prior to the scheduled departure.
If you are yet to collect your event accreditation, a confirmation letter can be used instead (printed or electronic).

Medical Services
The Medical Service is in charge of any medical assistance to all accredited guests (Teams, LOC personnel, VIP guests and Media).
Medical Services at Arena Torun
The Medical Centre is located at ground level of Arena Toruń, next to the warm-up area. It has the following opening hours:

Medical Assistance at Media Hotels
There is no Medical Centre in the official media hotels. Medical assistance in the official hotels is available on call and the relevant phone number will be displayed at the Information Desk of each media hotel.
Emergency Number
In case of emergency, please call the 24/7 Medical Emergency number 112.
Catering
The Media Catering Area is located Level 1 of Arena Torun, just behind the Media Tribune.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation and national regulations, in order to have a meal in the Media Catering Area you must present a meal voucher. Meal vouchers must be ordered in advance, as follows:
- By submitting us your “Media Catering Order Form” (see below);
- By making your order on-site in the Media Accreditation Centre, no later than 13:00 of the day before.

The price for the meals is indicated above.
Refreshment stations with free tea, coffee, water and snacks will also be available in both the Media Centre and the Photo Work Room.
Media Catering Order Form
