{"id":77,"date":"2020-03-15T15:00:30","date_gmt":"2020-03-15T14:00:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/publications.european-athletics.org\/?page_id=77"},"modified":"2023-01-18T07:59:10","modified_gmt":"2023-01-18T07:59:10","slug":"accreditation","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/publications.european-athletics.org\/oropesa2023\/accreditation\/","title":{"rendered":"Accreditation"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a class=\"ek-link\">Event information Points<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>1- Airport (Welcome Volunteers): Forward the teams to the bus that will travel to the team hotel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2- Accreditation\/information desk on the venue: for local media and VIP accreditations (people that only comes on the competition day)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3- LOC office (Hotel 4 Playa and  Eurohotel Castell\u00f3) and TIC at the competition venue<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4- Welcome\/Information Hotels Desks: Where the teams will be accredited (Hotel 4 Playa and  Eurohotel Castell\u00f3)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a class=\"ek-link\">Accreditation procedure<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a class=\"ek-link\">Accreditation points<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be two accreditation centre in the Hotel 4 Playa and  Eurohotel Castell\u00f3 where all the accreditation will be managed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The teams\u2019 <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.european-athletics.org\/oropesa2023\/accreditation\/#accreditation-centre\" class=\"ek-link\">Accreditation Centre<\/a> will be located at Teams Hotels (Hotel 4 Playa and Eurohotel Castell\u00f3). This is where Team Leaders shall report as soon as possible after their arrival, in order to carry out the administrative procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A secondary accreditation desk will be open on Sunday 5<sup>th<\/sup> February in the venue, only for the accreditation of local media and VIPs, people who only come to Oropesa for the competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td><em>Accreditation desk (venue) &nbsp;\u00b7 Opening times<\/em><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td>05<\/td><td>February<\/td><td>09:00<\/td><td>14:00<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a class=\"ek-link\">Procedure<\/a><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>01. Accreditation cards will be prepared in advance, based on the information provided by the clubs through the online entry system. No changes will be accepted after the final entry deadline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>02. Team Leaders will be asked to complete the following formalities before they can collect the accreditation cards for the whole team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-stripes\"><table><tbody><tr><td><em>Accreditation centre \u00b7 Formalities<\/em><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 LOC accommodation invoice (Team invoice)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Meeting room appointment<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Physiotherapy room appointment<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Team vest check<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Collection of competition-related forms and information&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Delivery Team Kit (Accreditation cards, Meal tickets, Team Activity schedule)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Delivery of individual Kit<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00b7 Confirmation of departure details.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>03. Team Leaders are requested to take the athletes\u2019 passports to the Accreditation Centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>04. Team Leaders will settle the payment of accommodation for team members outside the European Athletics quota and confirm the athletes participating in the European Champion Clubs Cup Cross Country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>05.
