Media Accreditation

Media representatives can collect their accreditation by the Media Entrance at Givat Ram Stadium, Museum Boulevard.

Each media representative receives an accreditation card, which must be worn and be visible at all times.

Media accreditation cards allow access to the Media Centre, Media Tribune and Mixed Zone. Photographers will also have access to photo positions with both their accreditation and photo bib.

Accreditation is not transferable and does not allow the holder to take another person beyond checkpoints. Any unauthorized use of an accreditation card will result in the card being confiscated.

Any lost or damaged accreditation cards should immediately be reported at the Media Centre or any information desk. Duplicate cards can be obtained where proof of identity is established.

Arrivals

Official Airport and Welcome Services

The official airport is Ben Gurion International Airport. It is located 52km from the Givat Ram Stadium.

The LOC will provide welcome services at the airport, including transportation between the airport and the official Media Hotel (Eldan Hotel). Arrival times must be entered into the event accreditation system at least 72 hours before arrival to ensure transportation from the airport to the Media Hotel.

Upon arrival at the airport, please head to the Welcome Desk. The transfer time from the airport to the Media Hotel is approximately one hour.

Entry Visas

Participants from the following countries require a Visa to enter Israel:

ARM – AZE – BIH – KOS – MDA* – TUR – UKR

*The exemption shall apply only to holders of biometric passports.

Participants who require a Visa should contact Jerusalem 2023 LOC at [email protected] by 1 June 2023 to obtain a specific invitation letter.

Requests for invitation letters shall be supported with the following information:

Full name (first name and family name as shown in Passport)

Gender

Date of birth

Passport Number and Passport Expiry Date (passports should be valid for at least six months after the end of the competition)

After submitting the information to the LOC, it will be confirmed by the Internal Ministry.

During the Competition

Media Shuttle Schedule

There will be a media shuttle from the official Media Hotel to the Stadium and vice-versa.

At the Media Hotel, the shuttle stop is just outside the hotel entrance. At the Stadium, the shuttle stop is located just outside the Media Entrance.

On 6 August 2023, for the Press Conference:

• From Eldan Hotel to Ramada Hotel:10:45

• From Ramada Hotel to Stadium and then Eldan Hotel: 12:30

From 7 to 10 August 2023, for the competition:

Departures

A shuttle service from the official Media Hotel to the airport will also be provided. Shuttle times will be displayed in the Information Desk of the Media Hotel 24 hours before departure.

Departure times must be entered into the event accreditation system at least 48 hours before departure to ensure transportation from the Media Hotel to the airport.
