Safeguarding
European Athletics is committed to the principle of safeguarding in our sport and has developed a safeguarding programme to ensure the protection and safety of everyone involved in athletics from harassment, abuse and exploitation.
To this end, European Athletics has implemented a European Athletics Safeguarding Policy and makes available a fully secured and independent reporting platform. Different initiatives on safeguarding will be in place for the European Athletics U18 Championships 2024, in cooperation with the local organising committee.
