The competition will take place in Leiria, at the Municipal Stadium Dr. Magalhães Pessoa (1) and at the National Throwing Centre (2), on 12 and 13 March 2022, in accordance with the applicable Competition, Advertising, Doping and other relevant Rules and Regulations of World Athletics and the relevant European Athletics Competition Regulations available through https://www.european-athletics.com/competitions/competition-regulations

Transportation
The official airport is Humberto Delgado – Lisboa International Airport (LIS) which is located 129 km from Leiria and 100 km from Fátima. The average transfer time from the airport to the teams´ official hotels is approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, depending on the traffic conditions. Upon arrival at Humberto Delgado – Lisboa International Airport (LIS), the teams will be met by the LOC which will provide adequate welcome services. Transportation between the teams´ hotels and the various venues, including official functions, will be guaranteed by the LOC shuttle service.

Accommodation
The LOC has made accommodation arrangements in hotels of similar standard. The hotels will officially open with full services on Wednesday 09 March.
